Important Customer Policies

  • Claims, reservations, and purchase commitments are binding.
  • Invoices must be paid within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • Turnaround times (TAT) are estimates and may vary.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
  • Custom and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept all shop policies.


Turnaround Times (TAT)

Southern Rose Boutique strives to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Current turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Order volume
  • Product availability
  • Customization requirements
  • Supplier delays
  • Holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Shipping carrier delays

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all posted turnaround time updates before placing an order.


Custom Orders

Custom orders are always welcome.

Custom order pricing may include:

  • Product cost
  • Personalization fees
  • Design fees
  • Custom order fees
  • Shipping costs

A standard custom order fee may apply unless otherwise stated.

For large custom orders, bulk pricing may be discussed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, dates, names, sizing information, and design requests. Southern Rose Boutique is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.


Payments & Invoices

Payment is required before products are shipped.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.

Failure to pay an invoice within the required timeframe may result in:

  • Invoice cancellation
  • Order cancellation
  • Loss of purchasing privileges
  • Removal from VIP groups, promotions, or future sales opportunities


Product Availability

Due to the nature of boutique inventory, products may occasionally sell out, become unavailable, or be discontinued without notice.

Southern Rose Boutique reserves the right to cancel or refund any order affected by inventory shortages or supplier issues.


Shipping Policy

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Southern Rose Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Damaged packages caused during transit
  • Incorrect delivery by the shipping carrier

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
