Shipping Information
- Current turnaround times (TAT) are posted on our website and are subject to change.
- Shipping times begin after order processing is complete.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Southern Rose Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Manufacturing or supplier delays
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Southern Rose Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
