Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Southern Rose Boutique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
